01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dk11 game, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete account registration on the platform.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your dk11 game account. This includes every bet placed, every transaction made, and every communication sent from your account, regardless of whether you personally carried out that action.

• One account rule: Each player may hold only one active account. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Account security: You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username, password or OTP with anyone, including friends or family members.
• No account transfer: Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
• Accurate details: You are responsible for keeping your contact number and payment details up to date. dk11 game cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect payment information.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dk11 game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and approved mobile wallets.

• Deposits are generally credited to your gaming balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted by dk11 game at any time with reasonable notice.
• dk11 game does not charge platform-side conversion fees. All amounts are transacted in PKR as displayed.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before a withdrawal request will be processed.

If a deposit fails to credit your account within a reasonable timeframe, please retain your transaction reference from JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank, and contact our support team. We will investigate and resolve confirmed discrepancies.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on dk11 game — whether on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports or any other market — are subject to the specific rules for that sport or game type as published on the platform at the time of placing the bet.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation message or reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed if confirmation is not shown.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match cancellation, abandonment, venue change that materially affects the outcome, or clear pricing errors on our part.
• In-play betting: Live bets are subject to additional rules specific to in-play markets. Network delays or data feed interruptions may occasionally affect the acceptance of in-play bets.
• Maximum win limits: A maximum payout limit per bet or per day may apply. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface. Bets whose potential return exceeds the stated limit will be capped at that limit.
• Palpable errors: Bets placed on odds that were clearly the result of a technical error or human input mistake may be voided or settled at the correct odds, at dk11 game's discretion.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

dk11 game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All such offers are governed by their individual promotional terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account at dk11 game's discretion and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games and time limits, are stated per offer.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus per player, household or device applies.
• dk11 game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who are mid-wagering when a promotion is withdrawn will retain their accumulated progress.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dk11 game. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being permanently banned from the platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on dk11 game.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the platform's systems, odds structures or promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing dk11 game staff, support agents or other players.

dk11 game cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Any account identified as being involved in illegal financial activity will be reported accordingly and all associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on dk11 game — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data, odds feeds and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dk11 game or its content licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any part of the platform's content without prior written permission.
• Screen-recording gameplay for personal use is acceptable, but publishing or monetising platform content — including odds data, game results or interfaces — without authorisation is prohibited.

09 Privacy & Data

dk11 game collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform operation. • Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

dk11 game provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.

• dk11 game is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from technical outages, network failures, data feed errors or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your own betting decisions. All bets are placed at your own risk and dk11 game makes no representation about the likelihood of winning.
• Our total liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

dk11 game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Verification documents provided are found to be false or misleading.
• There is evidence of problem gambling behaviour that may harm the player or others.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are resolved, unless the balance is connected to fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and processed promptly.

12 Amendments to These Terms
